Demonstration data notice

PropertyFilter launched with a set of clearly-labelled demo listings. These are synthetic properties created to demonstrate the platform's deep filtering — they are not real homes, are not for sale or rent, and cannot be enquired on or transacted.

Photographs on demo listings are licensed stock imagery and do not depict the described (fictitious) properties. Demo agents and agencies shown on these listings are equally fictitious; any resemblance to real persons, agencies or properties is coincidental.

Every demo listing carries a “Demo listing” badge on its card and detail page. Demo inventory is retired progressively as real, agent-supplied listings grow.

Real listings on PropertyFilter are supplied by registered property practitioners under the platform terms. If you believe any content is mislabelled, contact legal@propertyfilter.co.za.
